Wella
We’ve been working with Wella since 2023 on social media, influencer marketing, and brand ambassador management, including community management activities, with the goal of increasing brand awareness and growing our follower count and engagement. In the first few months, we saw a growth of 5,000 followers with minimal investment.
UrbanGlide

How long is the contract?
We discuss this in the proposal once we understand what your brand needs. Starting in the first month, you’ll have an editorial plan, in-house design, and a monthly report.
Who writes and who draws?
Our in-house team takes care of everything. The design is created by our in-house designers, not using off-the-shelf designs, templates, or rotating freelancers. Quality, commitment, and guaranteed support.
Do I use my company's photos, or will you take care of that?
We work with whatever the company has on hand and produce whatever is missing. If an on-site photo shoot is needed, we’ll provide a separate quote and let you know the cost before proceeding.
Do you also manage paid ads?
Yes, it’s included in the Complete plan and optional in the Growth plan. You pay the advertising fees directly to the platform.
How long will it take to see results?
Consistency in posting and quality are evident in the first four months. Growth in audience and leads takes six months to a year. Anyone who promises faster results is promising to buy followers, and we don’t do that.
What if I already have someone on staff handling social media?
It works well as a team effort. With some clients, we handle the planning and design, and their in-house staff handles publishing and responding. In that case, there’s room for price adjustments.
